Type Rating Instructor (TRI)

COURSE OVERVIEW

Castle Air Academy offer specific Type Rating Instructor standardisation courses on the following types:
AW109E
AW109S
AW109SP

25 hours of ground school
5 hours flight training if initial TRI(H) or if previous holder of TRI(H) 2 hours minimum flight training and assessment
1 hour skills test

NOTE: The course can include the ‘core course’ of teaching and learning if a Flight Instructor (FI) rating is not held.
